01The program
The Vitality Vault LLC, doing business as The Vitality Vault, operates two text-message programs from 1-844-440-4117: a marketing program and a non-marketing program. You opt in to each separately, by checking its box on our text opt-in form or wherever else we offer the choice. Providing your telephone number does not by itself opt you in to either program.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use every service we offer without agreeing to receive text messages.
By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Tell us promptly if that number changes or is reassigned.
02The messages you may receive
- Marketing messages — special offers, service updates and educational content from The Vitality Vault.
- Non-marketing messages — responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, account or service updates, and customer-service follow-up.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Text messages are not a secure channel and are never used for clinical information — see section 7.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies by program and by your activity. Non-marketing messages are sent as your inquiry, appointment or account requires. Marketing messages are occasional.
04Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. You are responsible for those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery.
05How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from 1-844-440-4117 and you will be unsubscribed from further text messages from that number. You may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You can also opt out, or change which program you receive, by emailing support@thevitalityvault.com.

07No clinical information by text
Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory results or other health information by text message, and we will not ask for them by text. Text messages are not encrypted. Clinical intake and every clinical conversation happen in your secure patient account.
08Privacy
How we collect and use mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
09Terms of service
Our Terms & Conditions apply to the services generally, including their provisions on communications by text message and email. For the two programs described here, these SMS Terms govern.
