What you pay, and when
- Your initial consultationOn every treatment except TRT and HRT, there is no separate fee for your initial consultation. TRT and HRT carry the one-time Vault Baseline, set out on the Hormone Optimization page. You pay your medication price only if a licensed provider approves your plan and you accept it.
- No charge until you’re approvedYour card is authorized at checkout and charged only if a provider approves. There is no charge while your provider reviews your intake and results. A provider may decline to prescribe, and the authorization is then released.
- Monthly pricing only after approval and acceptanceYour treatment’s monthly price begins only after a licensed provider approves your plan and you accept it. Every monthly price is all-inclusive. Cancel anytime.
