Required disclosureCompounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed for safety or efficacy. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate. This is not medical advice.
01This site is not medical advice
Everything published here — the services, their starting prices, your assessment results, this document — is general information. It is not advice about you, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation that you take anything.
Advice about your case comes from a licensed provider who has reviewed your medical history. Nothing on this site can tell you whether a treatment is right for you.
02The assessment and a starting price are not a prescription
The assessment asks what brings you here and shows preliminary results: a possible pathway, its starting price and what comes next. Those results are educational. They are not a prescription, a medical approval or a finalized treatment plan, and they are not a diagnosis. A licensed provider reviews your information before any treatment is decided.
Each service is stated from a starting price, and some name the therapies a program may draw on. Naming a therapy is not an offer to dispense it, and beginning a journey is not an order. The specific treatment is determined by your licensed provider based on medical evaluation and eligibility.
What you are prescribed — if anything — is decided by your provider, and may be nothing at all.
03Controlled substances
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under the federal Controlled Substances Act. It is prescribed only where a licensed provider has evaluated you and judged it clinically appropriate, and only where federal and state telemedicine rules permit the prescription without an in-person examination.
Controlled substances carry additional requirements — identity verification, limits on quantity and refills, prescription monitoring in most states — and the rules differ between states and can change. A provider may decline to prescribe on any of those grounds, or may require you to be seen in person.
Do not share a controlled substance prescribed to you, and do not use one prescribed to anyone else.
04Compounded medications
Some treatments are compounded by licensed US pharmacies. A compounded medication is prepared by a pharmacy for an individual patient against a prescription. It is not a commercially manufactured product that has been through FDA approval, and it is not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy before it is dispensed.
05Who dispenses your prescription
We are not a pharmacy and we do not dispense. Prescriptions are filled by a network of licensed US pharmacies, and which one fills yours depends on the state you live in. The dispensing pharmacy is identified on your prescription and on the medication you receive; it is a separate licensed business responsible for its own compounding, labelling and shipping.
06The provider relationship
A prescription is written only where a licensed provider judges it clinically appropriate for you. A request is not an order. Your provider can decline at the start or stop a treatment later; where that happens, no prescription is written and nothing is dispensed.
07In an emergency
This service is not for emergencies. If you think you are having one — chest pain, difficulty breathing, a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of harming yourself — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from anyone here.
08Results are individual
No treatment on this site is guaranteed to work for you. Response varies with your history, the rest of your care, and things nobody can predict in advance. This site publishes no outcome figures and no before-and-after imagery.
09Your other care
Tell your provider everything you take, prescription or otherwise. Telehealth is not a replacement for a primary care relationship — keep one, and tell them what you are prescribed here.
10Reporting a side effect
Tell your provider about any side effect as it happens rather than at your next review. Serious adverse events can also be reported to the FDA’s MedWatch program at fda.gov/medwatch.
