01Our goal
Our goal is for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
- A “Skip to content” link is the first thing the keyboard reaches on every page.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and shows a visible outline when it has focus.
- Images carry text alternatives, and decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
- Text is set to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios on both the dark and the light sections.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the site’s entry animations are turned off.
02How we checked
We last reviewed this site on November 2, 2026. The review ran automated accessibility testing on every page at a desktop width and a phone width, and checked by keyboard that the header, the menu, the footer, the cookie banner and the text opt-in form can be reached in a sensible order with a visible focus outline. We fixed the problems the review found.
Automated testing finds only some kinds of barriers, and this site has not had an independent accessibility audit. We do not claim that it fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA, and we will keep reviewing it as the site changes.
03Known limits
- Your patient portal and checkout at app.thevitalityvault.com run on a separate platform. This review did not cover them.
- The LegitScript certification seal in the footer is an image served by LegitScript, and it is shown as LegitScript issues it.
- Links to other websites, such as the FDA’s MedWatch program, lead to sites we do not control.
- Our legal documents are long. If you would like one in another format, ask us and we will help.
