This Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of the The Vitality Vault Terms of Use and applies to every treatment plan, subscription, and consultation purchased through The Vitality Vault. Cancelling a treatment plan or subscription
- You may cancel a subscription or a pending order at any time before the pharmacy dispenses it, from your patient portal account or by contacting us at (661) 319-6346 or jwdickerson33@icloud.com.
- A cancellation stops all future shipments and charges immediately. An order the pharmacy has already dispensed or handed to the carrier cannot be cancelled and is covered by the refund terms below.
- Cancelling does not close your account or delete your medical record. You may restart care at any time.
Clinical review and charges
- Every medication order is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything is dispensed. You are not charged for medication until the clinician approves your treatment plan. If the clinician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, no medication charge is made and any pending authorization on your payment method is released.
- Payment for a medication order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Refunds on prescription medications
- Federal and state law prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications once they have been dispensed. All sales of prescription medications are therefore final once the pharmacy has dispensed your order.
- If your medication arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or was filled incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. We will replace the shipment or, where a replacement is not possible, refund the charge for that shipment to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Consultations and visits
If a consultation or visit carries a separate fee, that fee and its cancellation terms are shown to you before you book.
